SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHIVES


Khas untuk mak-mak yang agak malas di pagi hari...seperti iols..


Ingredients 

2 eggs, at room temperature
2 tbsp thickened cream
3 slices  butterscotch bread or any bread you like
1 tsp  butter
1/2 tsp finely chopped chives

Method;
 
Whisk eggs and cream together in a bowl for 1 minutes (egg should fall in a thin stream from whisk). Set aside until foam has settled.

Meanwhile, preheat grill on high heat. Using a 3 inch  star cookie cutter, cut out 1 star from each bread slice. Place stars in a single layer on grill tray. Grill for 1 minute each side or until toasted. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Heat a  non-stick frying pan over medium heat until hot. Add  the butter and swirl to coat pan base.
add the egg mixture. Cook for 10 seconds  or until mixture starts to set. Using a fork, scramble the eggs. Cook for 5 second or until eggs form creamy curds. Stir in  the chives. Transfer to a plate. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with toast.

    Sukalah tgk menu2 awak. Simple, creative and tempting. Seriously, toasted star bread itu adalah sgt rajin u nih. :)

    Minta izin yer kalo saya ingin menerai resipi2 Shahrul nnt. Tq in advance...
