<b>Step 1:</b><br />
A basic meringue contains 55g (1/4 cup)
caster sugar for every 1 egg white. (The addition of cream of tartar and
vinegar helps create a soft marshmallow centre and a crisp crust.)
Begin by whisking the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl - any grease or
moisture will stop your eggs from aerating. Gradually add the sugar, 1
tablespoonful at a time, occasionally scraping down the side of the
bowl. Once all the sugar is added, whisk for a further 2-3 minutes or
until the mixture is thick and glossy. Undissolved sugar causes
"weeping" (when moisture forms on the meringue) so if the mixture is
grainy, continue whisking.<br />
<br />
<b>Step 2:</b><br />
Line a baking tray
with non-stick baking paper. Draw a disc on the paper and spoon the
mixture onto the disc. Use a palette knife to draw the meringue mixture
upwards around the edge to create furrows. This will help support the
sides of your pavlova, and prevent it from cracking too much and
collapsing.<br />
<br />
<b>Step 3:</b><br />
After baking the meringue according
to your recipe, turn the oven off. Leave the meringue in the oven, with
door ajar, for up to 6 hours to cool completely. If you remove the
meringue when it's still warm it will cool too quickly, and may crack
and collapse.<br />

<li>Preheat oven to 100°C. Line baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Draw a 10 cm disc on the paper. </li>
<li>Use an electric beater to beat the

Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition until meringue is thick and glossy and sugar is dissolved. Rub a little meringue between your fingers, if it’s still gritty, continue to whisk until sugar dissolves. Sieve in the cornflour and lemon zest and fold until just combined.</li>
<li>Scoop the meringue mixture into a piping bag with round tip and pipe evenly
among the prepared discs or spoon the meringue mixture evenly among the prepared discs and smooth the surfaces. Bake, swapping the
trays halfway through cooking, for 50 minutes or until the meringues are
crisp and is dry to touch. Turn oven off. Leave meringues in oven, with the door
ajar, to cool completely.</li>
<li>Use an electric mixer to whisk the cream in a medium bowl until soft
peaks form and add in the icing sugar. Spoon onto the top of the pavlova. Decorate the top of the
pavlova with rasberry filling and strawberries . Serve immediately. </li>

<b>METHOD:</b></div>
<div>
<ol>
<li>Prepare one 7 inch square pan. Fully lined with non stick baking paper. Make sure the paper is much higher than the pan.</li>
<li>Lightly beat eggs. Put in Milo, and condensed milk and whisk until well combined.</li>
<li>Pour egg mixture into a non stick pot/pan , put in butter. On medium
low heat, cook while stirring all the while until mixture starts to
thickens. Reduce to low heat.</li>
<li>When the egg custard is cooked, it looks grainy and thick. Remove from heat.</li>
<li>Spread one layer of custard into the pan. Arrange marie biscuits onto custard.</li>
<li>Repeat step 5 until all biscuits or custard are used up. A thin layer of custard is enough for the interlayers.</li>
<li>When the layering is all done, fold in the high collars of the paper. Press down and compact the cake with ur hands.</li>
<li>Chill in fridge overnight before cutting.</li>

<li>Lecek pisang, gula, garam dan ovallate
hingga semua bergaul dan sebati. Masukkan telur, kacau hingga rata.
Tambah tepung yang telah diayak, minyak sayur dan esen vanilla. Gaul hingga sebati. dan masukkan coklat cip.</li>
<li>Sendukkan ke dalam acuan kertas tadi ( iols guna ice cream scoop) dan bakar selama 20-25 minit
atau hingga masak bergantung pada oven masing2. Keluarkan muffin dari oven dan biarkan selama 5 minit sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang muffin,

Hi... uols penah ke makan Hummingbird Cake ni? Kalau tak pernah apa kata uols try resepi ni sebab nak buat dia senang je..main campak-campak je gitu but its not to my liking because i think its kind of dense. <b><span class="element">METHOD:</span></b></div>

<li>Preheat oven to 170°C.</li>
<li>Grease and line the base of a 23cm
square cake pan. Sift flour and spices into a large bowl. Add sugar,
pineapple, coconut, banana, walnuts, eggs and oil. Stir to combine</li>
<li>Spread into lined pan and bake for 40
minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Place on a rack and set aside to cool. </li>
<li>To make icing, place cheese, butter,
vanilla and icing sugar in an electric mixer and beat until smooth.
Spread on top of cooled cake. Garnish with walnuts, if desired.

<b>CARA-CARA:</b><br />

1. Campurkan roti, daun ketumbar, limau purut, serai, cili merah & jintan manis<b> </b>kedalam mesin <br />
pengisar. Kisar hingga sebati dan halus. Tuangkan kedalam mangkuk dan masukkan minyak bawang<br />
putih, jus limau dan perisakan denagn sedikit garam dan serbuk lada hitam dan ketepikan sebentar.<br />

2. Panaskan frying pan dan masukkan 1 sudu besar minyak zaitun. Sapukan ikan salmon dengan sedikit<br />
garam dan serbuk lada hitam. Bila minyak telah panas masukkan ikan kedalam frying pan, kulit ke<br />
bawah. Masak selama 5 minit sehingga kulit agak garing (tak perlu terbalikkan)<br />

3. Bila lapisan kulit telah agak garing padamkan api dan panaskan oven pada suhu 180C. Letakkan <br />
adunan herba tadi diatas ikan. Kaubkan sedikit minyak lebihan gorengan dan tuang diatas lapisan<br />
herba. Bakar sekejap didalam oven selama 10 minit sehingga lapisan herba kuning keemasan.<br />

<i><b>Nota: </b>iols guna frying pan yang bertangkai besi so boleh trus masuk dalam oven. Kalau tak de uols boleh transfer ikan tu ke dlm dulang pembakar yang dilapik aluminium foil @ baking paper. sekian.. </i><br />

<b>Pokok Markisa</b> atau juga dikenali sebagai <i>buah susu</i>, merupakan sejenis <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pokok" title="Pokok">pokok</a>
yang menjalar bagi mendapatkan cahaya matahari. Buahnya yang rasa
sedikit masam dan manis boleh dimakan begitu sahaja ataupun dijadikan

Markisa ditanam secara komersil di negara-negara berkenaan. Dua varieti
yang biasa ditanam untuk tujuan ini ialah markisa berkulit warna kuning
(Passiflora edulis f.flvicarpa) dan buah markisa berkulit warna ungu
(Passiflora edulis sim).<br />

Terdapat dua jenis markisa, satu berwarna kuning yang tumbuh di
dataran tinggi dan satu lagi berwarna ungu. Walau bagaimanapun, rasa
kedua-dua jenis ini adalah sama sahaja. Varieti kuning didapati lebih
sesuai ditanam di <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaysia" title="Malaysia">Malaysia</a> kerana boleh mengeluarkan hasil yang lebih tinggi berbanding varieti ungu. Varieti kuning ini telah dibawa ke Malaysia dari <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australia" title="Australia">Australia</a> dan <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawaii" title="Hawaii">Hawaii</a> pada tahun <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/1960" title="1960">1960</a>-an.
Markisa ialah tanaman saka yang menjalar. Buah markisa mengeluarkan
sulur paut dari pangkal daun. Bentuk daunnya bulat membujur dan rata di
tepi.<br />

Di <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaysia" title="Malaysia">Malaysia</a>,
markisa dari varieti kuning mula menghasilkan buah dalam jangka masa
5-6 bulan selepas tempoh penanaman dan jangka hayat pokok adalah lebih
kurang 3 tahun. Lebih kurang 74 hari selepas pendebungaan, bunga akan
menjadi buah yang bujur berukuran kira-kira 7 cm dan 6 cm dan mempunyai
berat dalam lingkungan 8 g. Buah ini manis serta mempunyai rasa dan bau
yang sedap apabila ranum.<br />
Buah markisa boleh didapati sepanjang tahun tetapi puncak pengeluarannya ialah di antara bulan <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disember" title="Disember">Disember</a> hingga <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Januari" title="Januari">Januari</a> dan <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julai" title="Julai">Julai</a> hingga <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ogos" title="Ogos">Ogos</a>.
Indeks kematangan komersil untuk buah markisa adalah apabila buah
tersebut jatuh dari tangkainya secara semulajadi. Maka barulah buah
markisa tersebut boleh dituai. Ini selalunya berlaku selepas 75 hari
selepas proses pendebungaan.<br />

Buah markisa ungu sesuai dimakan mentah manakala buah markisa kuning
pula sesuai digunakan untuk penghasilan jus. Pulpa markisa boleh
dijadikan jem, <a href="http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agar-agar" title="Agar-agar">agar-agar</a>,
perasa ataupun campuran kepada yoghurt dan aiskrim. Selain mempunyai
citarasa dan aroma yang unik, jus markisa merupakan sumber yang kaya

<li>1/2 cawan minyak masak sayuran atau minyak jagung atau mentega cair</li>

<b>Cara Membuatnya :</b><br />

<li style="text-align: justify;">Panaskan oven pada suhu 160C. Sediakan loyang kek (loyang 6-7 inci). Griskan dengan mentega. Jika ingin menggunakan paper cup pun boleh juga. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ayakkan tepung bersama baking powder,
soda bikarbonat dan serbuk koko di dalam bekas besar. Masukkan tepung
susu, garam dan gula perang. Kemudian dikacau rata-rata.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Masukkan air sejuk, minyak masak, esen
vanila dan coffee emulco/chocolate emulco. Kacau perlahan-lahan dengan
whisk. Pastikan adunan tidak berketul.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Akhir sekali masukkan cuka atau jus lemon. Terus dikacau serta merta sehingga sebati.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan bakar selama 30-40 minit atau hingga masak. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sejukkan kek setelah masak. Boleh juga dihiaskan dengan topping kegemaran.</li>

heat. Using a 3 inch star cookie cutter, cut out 1 star from each bread
slice. Place stars in a single layer on grill tray. Grill for 1 minute
each side or until toasted. Keep warm until ready to serve.<br />

Heat a non-stick frying
pan over medium heat until hot. Add the butter and swirl to coat
pan base.<br />

1. Panaskan oven 180c. Cairkan mentega didalam<i> frying pan</i>. Masukkan bawang besar yang telah didadu.<br />
Masukkan cendawan dan bawang putih. Masak sehingga cendawan layu lebih kurang 2-3 minit. <br />
Perisakan dengan sedikit garam. Angkat dan ketepikan<br />

2. Sapukan mentega pada mangkuk ramekin ( perlukan 3 ramekins) dan isikan dengan cendawan telah<br />
dimasak tadi serta taburkan dengan keju cheddar yang telah diparut. pecahkan sebiji telur kedalam dan<br />
siramkan dengan 1 tbsp krim. Pastikan jangan terkena kuning telur dan taburkan sedikit garam. Ulangi <br />
langkah yang sama untuk ramekin seterusnya.<br />

3. Susun remakin dalam dulang pembakar dan tuangkan air panas kedalam dulang pembakar sehingga<br />
setengah ramekin. Bakar selama 8-10 minit atau sehingga masak.<br />

2. Sediakan mangkuk dan satukan tepung, gula, baking powder, baking soda dan garam. Masukkan <br />
mentega; gunakan hujung jari anda untuk merelaikan mentega sehingga adunan menjadi seperti serbuk roti<br />
kemudian masukkan kismis.<br />

3. Dalam mangkuk yang kecil satukan krim masam dan telur. Pukul menggunakan garpu sehingga sebati.<br />

4. Dengan menggunakan garpu, kacau adunan krim masam kedalam adunan tepung sehingga membentuk<br />
doh. Adunan akan menjadi agak melekit. Jangan uli adunan cukup sekadar menekan-nekan agar doh<br />

5. Letakkan doh diatas permukaan yang telah ditabur sedikit tepung dan tekan agar mencapai ketebalan 3/4<br />
inci. terapkan dengan acuan / potong doh mengikut bentuk yang anda suka. Letakkan ke dalam dulang<br />
pembakar yang telah dilapik dengan <i>baking sheet</i>. Sapukan permukaan doh dengan sebiji telur yang<br />
dicampur sedikit susu segar. Taburkan sedikit gula dan bakar sehingga kuning keemasan selama lebih<br />

<b>Cara Membuat Doh;</b><br />
1. <b> </b>Satukan marjerin, minyak dan garam ke dalam periuk kecil dan panaskan sehingga marjerin cair.<br />

1. Panaskan air didalam periuk untuk merebus buah melaka.<br />

2. Campurkan tepung pulut, air kapur dan pes pandan kedalam mangkuk dan tuangkan air sedikit demi sedikit uli sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut.<br />

3. Ambil sedikit doh (sebesar ibu jari), masukkan gula enau dan bulat-bulatkan dan terus masukkan kedalam air yang telah mendidih tadi. Biarkan sehingga ia timbul dan bolehlah diangkat dan golekkan dalam kelapa parut yang telah dikukus tadi.<br />

140g tepung gandum<br />
55g caster sugar<br />
115g mentega - sejuk ( kalau guna mentega tanpa garam sila tambah secubit garam dlm adunan nanti)<br />
1 biji kuning telur saiz A<br />
1-2 sudu makan air sejuk - dari peti sejuk<br />
<br />
<b>Cara Membuatnya:</b><br />
1. Satukan tepung dan gula ke dalam mangkuk.<br />
<br />
2. Potong mentega kepada ketulan-ketulan kecil dan masukkan ke dalam tepung. Ramas menggunakan hujung jari sehingga adunan menjadi seperti pasir.<br />
<br />
3. Campurkan air sejuk dan telur dan pukul sedikt hingga bercampur. Tuangkan perlahan-lahan kedalam adunan tepung dan gaul hingga menjadi doh. Jangan uli doh tersebut ye takut nati jadi liat pulak. Bungkuskan doh tadi dengan plastic wrap dan sejukkan sebentar di dalam peti sejuk (dalam 1/2 jam)<br />
<br />
4. Tekan doh ke dalam acuan dan bakar di dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu pada suhu 180C selama 10 minit atau sehingga kuning keemasan.<br />
<br />
<b>Tips</b>: untuk mengelakkan pastry menggelembung cucuk-cucukkan sedikit dengan garpu sebelum dibakar.<br />

1/2 cawan gula<br />
2 biji telur<br />
1 biji kuning telur<br />
2 sudu makan tepung jagung<br />
1 sudu makan tepung kastard<br />
1 1/2 cawan susu <br />
1 sudu besar mentega<br />
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla<br />
<br />
<b>Cara Membuatnya:</b><br />
1. Satukan telur, gula , tepung jagung dan tepung kastard kedalam mangkuk dan kacau rata.<br />
<br />
2. Panaskan susu didalam periuk (bkn didih ye) bila susu agak panas sendukkan separuh kedalam adunan telur sambil mengacau sampai sebati dan tuang balik adunan telur kedalam periuk susu tadi dan masak diatas api yang sederhana sehingga pekat. Padamkan api dan masukkan esen vanilla serta mentega dan kacau hingga sebati <br />

3. Masukkan kedalam mangkuk dan tutup permukaan pastry cream tadi dengan plastic wrap supaya tidak terbentuk lapisan kerak dipermukaannya. Simpan didalam peti sejuk lebih kurang 2 @ 3 jam sebelum digunakan<br />

4. Paipkan pastry cream kedalam 'tart shell' dan hias dengan buah-buahan kegemaran anda. Sapukan permukaan buah dengan madu yang dicampurkan sedikit air supaya buah nampak berkilat.<br />
